1st degree is not a practitioner level. Starting with the 1st degree training, this level of Reiki is your foundation and is a crucial step in building your relationship with the Reiki energy. You will be cleansing, healing, and awakening the true self that is within with the practices given. 1st degree Usui Reiki is all about the self and developing your relationship to the living Reiki Frequency. You will learn special Reiki meditations to cleanse and awaken your true self, a self treatment, as well as how to perform a full body session on others. Once you have reached a certain point in this course, you will notify me so I can perform your live attunement to the 1st Degree Reiki Ray.
