Inner Light Circle is a twice-monthly gathering offered both in person at Inner Light Sanctuary and online. Each month explores a new theme through nervous system regulation, group Reiki, guided meditation, meaningful conversation and personal reflection. This drop-in option is perfect if you’d like to experience one gathering before deciding whether the monthly membership is right for you. Come exactly as you are, receive support, and reconnect with yourself alongside others walking a similar path.
