Inner Light Circle
Inner Light Circle is a twice-monthly membership gathering offered both in person and online on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month with some exceptions.
Each month explores a new area of focus through guided meditation, nervous system regulation, group Reiki, meaningful conversation, and personal reflection. Custom workbooks and supportive resources are often included to help you continue integrating the monthly theme between gatherings.
This is a space to arrive exactly as you are, receive support, and grow alongside others who are also choosing to live with greater clarity, intention, and trust.

The Inner Light Circle gathering feels both familiar and completely different at the same time. Its as if we were all being held so deeply, allowing us to gently reach the place within ourselves that matters most right now.
The Reiki and guided meditations carry me into a deeply relaxed state, I didn’t even realize how much I needed that. In that space, something long buried came to the surface, and for the first time, I was able to see it with loving, compassionate eyes.
Sabrina has a way of creating a space that feels safe, nurturing, and truly transformative. I’m so grateful to be part of it.
