Give yourself an hour to return to your center. This relaxing Yoga Stretch & Sound Bath class is designed as a gentle retreat for your body, mind, and spirit.Half the class will be spent in slow conscious movements to lengthen and stretch the body, while the rest will be spent in a cellular nourishing Reiki Soundbath with Crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz.Each of your Chakras (energy centres) will be soothed, and your energy will simply align back into place.
