2. The Sacred Shodan Attunement The heart of the first degree. Through sacred attunement processes, your energetic pathways are permanently opened, cleared, and synchronized with the frequency of universal life force energy.
3. The Architecture of Self-Treatment Because you cannot pour from an empty cup, Shodan focuses deeply on the self. You will learn the traditional hand positions to facilitate comprehensive self-healing sessions, clear blockages, and restore your physical body's harmony.

Do I need any prior experience? Absolutely not. Shodan is "The Entrance." It requires zero background in energy work, meditation, or spiritual practices. It is open to any human body ready to remember its natural state.
What happens after the training? Reiki stays with you for life. Following the training, you will enter a beautiful 21-day integration period where you are encouraged to practice daily self-treatment to anchor the energy into your physical vessel.
What do I need to bring with me? Bring along your snacks, lunch, and hydrating liquids. A notebook and a blanket are also a good idea, but not necessary.
