Welcome to Inner Light Circle
A monthly spiritual wellness community to help you feel more grounded, supported, and safe to grow.

Inner Light Circle is a sacred monthly space for those who are ready to stop feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the life they want to be living, and begin building a grounded, consistent relationship with their inner world.
If you’ve been needing deeper support, more steadiness and stability, as a way to stay connected to your light without doing it alone — this space was created for you.
Through breathwork, meditations, group Reiki sessions, reflection, and nervous system support, each month offers a gentle but powerful path home to yourself and the world we are creating.
For those ready for consistent spiritual practice, nervous system support, and a sacred community that helps them move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and trust.
