The image to the right is a screen shot taken from the live stream, showing our pre-meditation pranayama (breath work) called Nadi Shodana (alternate nostril breathing) which is beneficial to practice prior to meditation as it balances left and right sides of the brain, calms nervous systems, and cleanse the nadi energy system to name a few.
