This Teen Yoga series is designed to support teens in building confidence, self-love, and emotional resilience during one of the most formative stages of life.
Adolescence can feel overwhelming. This class creates a steady, supportive space where teens can strengthen both their body and their inner foundation.
Each session focuses on:
• Building physical strength and body awareness
• Developing confidence through movement
• Learning breathwork for stress and anxiety
• Encouraging positive self-talk
• Strengthening emotional regulation
This is not about perfection or performance.
It’s about empowerment and self resilience.
Teens will leave each class feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded in who they are.
Investment: $90. for the full 6-week series
