Sabrina's classes usually begin with a few minutes of chit chat making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Throughout the session, I begin to feel centred, focusing on my breathing and following Sabrina's cues. By the time I enter savasana I feel at peace. We end our practice sitting cross-legged hands at heart centre we take a deep breath in and we exhale our Om. There are those who teach yoga and those who embrace it.
