Here are some family portraits I did a couple weeks ago in Alliston, Ontario. We got rained on, and our fingers got cold but we did get some good photos :)
In support of the Nanny Angel Network, the Ladies of the Brush (Nikki Anderson, Grace D'Alessandro, Angela DeGasperis, & Mary Gabriele) auctioned some amazing paintings at Copper Creek Golf Course Friday October 19th. Over $60,000.00 was raised. It was a great night of art and charity combined, The Ladies of the Brush are incredibly talented and inspiring! This charity is volunteer based and provides child care support to mothers currently undergoing cancer treatments. I lost my mom to cancer almost 4 years ago and the week of her treatments were debilitating, I cannot even imagine how mothers with young children/babies handle that stress. Please check out they're website to donate and/or see how you can volunteer.
The ladies with the Pink corsages are some of the Volunteers at the Nanny Angel Network
Last Saturday I had the privilege to document a fundraiser at Decor rest in Vaughan, Ontario for local Italian community photographer, Tony Pavia. His work has graced the italian newspapers for decades and is now about to publish his 2nd edition of "Obiettivo Sulle Comunita, Focus on Communities" This book will be filled with history in words and images from 1980 - 2013. I wish Tony all the best in achieving his goals as he is a wonderful person and fantastic photographer. I look forward to seeing you're work published.
There was demonstrations by Woodbridge Taekwon-Do, many musical guests, performances, & speakers such as Mario Cariati, Margerita Sarracini, and Julian Fantino.
Today I took some pictures for the Babeez Swaddle Challenge in hopes to set a new Guinness World Record for Most Babies Swaddled at one time.
I photographed at the Brampton location which was greatly Hosted by, Wallis for Wellness and Momstown Brampton
I will find out shortly if the record was made, we needed 250 babies swaddled at one time. There were live tweets happening by Paul Write from Link through Social and the Guardian Brampton was there to also photograph the event. Sharon Scott of Wallis for Wellness was giving out some much needed massages to the moms which was a wonderful surprise. Here are a few snaps from today
My friend Sarah and I photographed a lovely wedding in the Distillery district on June 23/12. We had the joy of photographing Kam and Colleen and all they're guests. The group was fun and welcoming, and treated us like family. I was in charge of photographing the Groom and all 7 of his best men before the ceremony. After the quaint ceremony we toured the Distillery and captured the romance and love this couple feels for each other.
You can see more images from this wedding in the Weddings Portfolio.
Cristina and Antonio at Clairville Conservation area in Brampton, ON. We took these photos three weeks ago on a warm sunny afternoon. We took the dogs for a walk and had some fun taking photos that represent the beginning of they're new life together. Last week they got married in Mayan Riviera Mexico, Congratulations and All the Best ! :)
On April 2nd and 3rd I had the pleasure to photograph the 2nd annual Girardin Blue Bird Customer Appreciation Dinner and trade show event at the International Center. The whole team at Girardin are nothing short of exceptional, they offer great products and services and I am thrilled to have the honour of working with them.
